Entry Level SAP SME

Entry-Level SAP Subject Matter Expert

Job Description: We are hiring an Entry-Level SAP Subject Matter Expert to provide technical support and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and General Ledger Accounting Systems (GLAS). This role is ideal for candidates with IT systems or business operations experience looking to specialize in SAP.

Responsibilities: Support IT and business operations related to ERP and GLAS. Provide customer service and technical support using National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar systems. Assist in troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of relevant IT or business operations experience. OR four (4) years of relevant IT or business operations experience without a degree. Customer service experience (preferably with NHDSM or a similar help desk system). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems or General Ledger Accounting Systems (GLAS). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience. Experience with DoD FMR or comparable financial regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
